The National Caddie Association Certified Facility Program gives your club trained, certified caddies who carry a credential they own, and a badge that shows your members you take the caddie experience seriously.
Carry the Standard.

The Standard
Members expect a caddie who knows the game, the course and the etiquette. TNCA provides a recognized, portable certification that caddies earn and keep, so your club can prefer certified caddies without building and running a training program in-house.
Structured Level I and Level II training built by caddies and golf professionals.
Consistent standards for knowledge, service and course etiquette across your caddie corps.
Certified caddies gain access to member benefits, discounts and partner programs that make caddying a stronger career.
What Your Club Receives
Additional on-site training sessions are available on request.
How It Works
Sign on as a Certified Facility and receive your program welcome kit.
Caddies join TNCA and complete Level I to earn and keep their certification. Level I training opens January 2027.
Display the badge, host your on-site Level II session, and give your caddies their own club community.
Your Standard, Your Call
Your club decides what it prefers. Many clubs now prefer caddies who hold an active certification from a recognized third-party organization. TNCA is one approved provider. The Certified Facility Program makes it simple to prefer certified caddies, and the credential belongs to the caddie, not to the club or to TNCA.
